If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for something else or receive a credit or refund if you return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your credit and please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. In order to make a return by mail:

• Pack items safely for shipping.
• Send the product to Chit Chat Beauty at 2580 Foxfield Road, Suite 101, St. Charles, IL 60174.
• Send the package through a traceable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Send a copy of the original invoice with the product and state the reason for return.
• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges) unless you request an exchange on the invoice.
